I arrived in Huang Shan (Tunxi) this morning at 7am after my first (of what seems like many) long Chinese train rides. While checking into my hostel I ran into two women that were heading out the door to check out the nearby Xidi and Hongcun Villages. I chose to forego the shower and instead hopped directly ont he bus for Hongcun. More thoughts to come...

all these shots are amazing, but laundry on line says much about chinese culture. Lots of childhood memories.
