Yesterday I took the train from Marrakech to Meknes, my second Moroccan Imperial City. It's a charming little place, full of colorful, winding alleyways, similar to Marrakech, but much smaller and less touristic. If Marrakech was the Pink City then Meknes is the Yellow City, that glistens like a golden nugget in the Moroccan sunshine.
